User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the [KindlyInk] ("the App"), which allows users to create handwritten letters and send them to friends. By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. Please read it carefully.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the App.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share via the App. The App allows you to write and send handwritten letters to your friends, and you must ensure that all content created adheres to the following rules:

• Content must not violate any applicable local, state, or international laws.
• Content must not contain defamatory, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful material.
• You agree not to use the App to send unsolicited messages or spam.

You retain ownership of any content you create through the App, including handwritten letters. However, by using the App, you grant the App developer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute such content as necessary for the operation of the App.

You are prohibited from:

• Uploading or transmitting content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates privacy rights.
• Using the App for unlawful or harmful purposes, including harassment, fraud, or misrepresentation.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
• Engaging in any activity that could damage or disrupt the functionality of the App.

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App. This includes but is not limited to content laws and regulations governing electronic communications, intellectual property, and data protection.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate any of the terms outlined in this Agreement or engage in any illegal or harmful activities.

We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. We do not guarantee that the App will be free from errors or interruptions. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
